Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
All purchases of subscriptions in the IELTS Lab App are processed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that Apple handles all billing and refunds for these purchases. We do not directly charge your payment method.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel the auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds for subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple. You may request a refund directly through Apple Support if:
Your subscription was charged incorrectly or multiple times.
Technical issues prevented the app from functioning as intended.
Your first subscription period (trial or initial purchase) did not meet expectations.
How to Request a Refund
Open Apple’s report a problem page.
Sign in with your Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
Select the purchase and choose “Report a Problem.”
Follow the instructions to request a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Subscriptions that have been used or active beyond the first billing cycle (unless Apple grants a refund).
Any in-app content or features already consumed.
