1. Introduction

Welcome to IELTS Lab (“App”, “Service”) operated by INGLISH MONSTR, TOO (BIN: 230240030065, DUNS: 989374730, Shamshi Qaldyakov 40/1, Astana, 010000, Kazakhstan, “Company”, “We”, “Us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

Your access to the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

IELTS Lab offers Weekly and Yearly Pro Subscriptions:

  • Weekly Pro Subscription – billed weekly via Apple ID.

  • Yearly Pro Subscription – billed annually via Apple ID.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings at any time.

Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies. For more information revise our Refund Policy.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method and agree that all billing is handled by Apple.

5. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App

  • Interfere with the App’s functionality or security

  • Post harmful, offensive, or infringing content

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. In-App Purchases

Certain features require in-app purchases (subscriptions). All in-app purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or $100 if no payment was made.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve informally by contacting the Company.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or at [your website link]. By continuing to use the App after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
